Contact EA and they can revert your game back to the way it was before the "damage" was done.

The deals having the confirmation option off has been a discussion since forever. Since gil deals do the same. Its a tactic from ea so people wastes donuts. The same thing applies to the option resetting itself to off on updates conviniently
