No, mods are not for general technical support. In cases where people have lost items due to someone else accessing their town, I can notify the forum admin, and they will bring this quickly to the attention of somebody who can help.
I was not aware that you could do that. Very interesting.
Please don't ask mods for help with your game constantly crashing, or minor glitches, things of that nature. I can't even help myself with that.
