Ok. I'm getting old. I have no idea what reddit is!
Please don't do anything drastic. If they haven't responded within the approx 48 hours that they say they will (if you went by email support), maybe try contacting them by callback or live chat, referencing the original ticket.
But give them at least that amount of time to respond first. Yes, I had a bad experience the one time I tried email support, but like I said above others have gotten a quick response. Let's hope that will be your experience too.
