Ian's car no longer drives

Ian's visible 12 hour task no longer works. The car stands on the spot. Ian threatens a raccoon from inside the beetle and the raccoon threatens back. It looks funny, but I thought he was driving around Springfield for 12 hours. I've stored it a couple of times, but that doesn't help.

    I wasn't aware he even had a name. I thought he was just "Tall Man who drives (what's basically) a Smart Car."

    I shouldn't poke fun at him though; that was the largest auto he could afford.
