Birch Barlow (playable character with 5 tasks) - There's no way we see any buildings in the level updates for under $1 million anymore...not without it being part of a multi-building questline. Even then, I can't see them going for less than $660,000 each.

I think the numbers quoted are the "base value." Things for new levels cost more at first, but go down as newer levels are released, until they reach their base value.- Level update
Building: houseboat (unlocks judge constance harm)
Premium character: Lionel huts
New task for Homer and Bart: be tethered
Extra note: at the end of Lionel huts's quest line he loses his court case and says:
" I heard there is good pay in realty"
Next level
Building: Estate agents ( unlocks Cookie Qwan)
Premium skin for Marge and Lionel: Red blazers
Throughout the questline three new houses are introduced
Extra note: obviously a task for cookie is to keep competition out of the west side and would involve her running around the west side of our towns. roshigoth1 wrote:

...but to be honest, those shouldn't matter since we won't see it unless we step away from the game for months.efin98 wrote:

Maybe so. There was only one real post with prices anyway, so what's it matter if it used base values or immediate release prices?roshigoth1 wrote:

Sorry but it gets confusing for people not accustomed to the base price vs. the new level price, and not that many overall know what "base price" means...with all due respect to the "educated" going by base price when talking about new levels isn't the best idea but that just my opinion.
