I tend to delete people if they are no active for anything more than 4weeks, as anything less could be they have gone on holiday (maybe) I do have a few people on my list who i will never delete even if they stop playing cos their towns look good/great :)
When it comes to deleting people i do find it hard to delete them due to most the people i have on my list have been playing over a year, plus all friends are forum buddies
