Im a bit confused...
You tap on their buildings to get gift cards...and if they leave you gifts in your Springfield (you have to have the tree placed), you tap on those. Hope that helps.

Oh ok brilliant thank you all so much, just with only tapping your daily 3 from each town and not doing like other holidays 3 buildings/5ghosts etc that i was missing something.
