The deep south. Summer is December till February because I'm in the southern hemisphere.

Looks huge. Most likely a whole new map. Ton of buildings/rides/decorations.

Every level is atleast one month away so no way we are getting level 30 this week maybe the following week yes and we might get squidport this week maybe when Gils offer is over or when we have an update thrusday to remove yard sale. Let's not get our hopes up for Squidport this week but I wouldn't be surprised cause it sound highly likely.

Yeah its usually always 4-5 weeks between level updates, but the last 2 were only 3 weeks. Level 27 to 28 was 3 weeks, and from 28 to 29 was 3 weeks, and this week would be 3 weeks since level 29, so it is possible. But I think Squidport is more likely than a level update. I'm definitely expecting an update this week at some point, most likely Wednesday night or Thursday afternoon, but thats just a guess on my part from everything I've read.
