Another valid complaint about this Easter 2014 event. Please do keep them coming, EA need to know they messed up big time. you have my full support in this :thumbup:

Excellent! And you are right. We need to overwhelm them with negative threads. Having one thread with a couple hundred posts in it doesn't reveal anything. There are SO MANY individual screwups in this event. The thread titles are in their face, not buried in other threads. Maybe eventually EA would come to the realization that a huge number of people have valid complaints. Individuals. Each being screwed in their own way.

Now before I start this i am not having a go at the op or any other person who has complained. There are people with real problems in the world and yet people here feel the need to complain. You are all lucky to have the money to get a device to play the game on. Some people would give allot just to get the cash most of is have spent on the game just to buy a warm meal. So instead of complaining about a free update on a free game think about the people who have a real reason to complain but most of them don't.

What's even worse - and I say this as a freemium player who has no intention whatsoever to spend money on this event, since I don't want to play EA's game - is that, even using hundreds of donuts, one has a fairly good chance of missing the rare prizes. I've read way too many posts by people that have bought as much as 500 to 700 or more donuts worth of eggs and are still missing Shary!

I see what you're saying but if people lived like that they would never feel they could complain about anything because there's always someone worse off than yourself. You can't live life by that logic because it's not a realistic way of seeing things. If someone who loved died would you say "I can't complain because I have the rest of my family whereas somewhere in the world someone has lost everyone in an earthquake?" No, you'd still feel bad for your own issues.

A bad update for a free game is not a issue.

Rat. Yes we have it relatively nice. But you know what else I earned every damn thing I have in my life and have also served combat 3 times to protect my way of life.

You know what else I fought for..... freedom of speech. I have the right to b**** and moan about a game I have real money into that I worked hard to get on a devices that I worked hard to afford while still making truck and house payment.

It is a free game tho. Have people seen most free games they don't work and of they do they make you pay money to continue. The update isn't bad it's free stuff.

You just described TSTO game perfectly in your statement there, this is a free game, and it doesn't work properly. for all your baiting of people into arguments, you go and say that, literally nullifying your argument. This game is exactly that, it's a free game, doesn't work properly, in order to continue we have to buy donuts or be stuck with what we have. For what we are paying out for donuts when we chose to, the very least we deserve is a game that works, a game that is fair for everyone.

It normally works. The app sometimes has faults but they get fixed.

Excellent post. The thing is ... People can complain about silly stuff and think of less fortunate people all at the same time. Some of us in the midst of major life problems rely on periods of entertainment to relieve our stress and to help us forget about the big problems for a while. I guess we all can hope that we balance our time accordingly. :)
