Another valid complaint about this Easter 2014 event. Please do keep them coming, EA need to know they messed up big time. you have my full support in this :thumbup:

Excellent! And you are right. We need to overwhelm them with negative threads. Having one thread with a couple hundred posts in it doesn't reveal anything. There are SO MANY individual screwups in this event. The thread titles are in their face, not buried in other threads. Maybe eventually EA would come to the realization that a huge number of people have valid complaints. Individuals. Each being screwed in their own way.

I posted this in another thread but I belive it is that true it needs to be said hereI have just realised something. Now before I start this i am not having a go at the op or any other person who has complained. There are people with real problems in the world and yet people here feel the need to complain. You are all lucky to have the money to get a device to play the game on. Some people would give allot just to get the cash most of is have spent on the game just to buy a warm meal. So instead of complaining about a free update on a free game think about the people who have a real reason to complain but most of them don't.

What's even worse - and I say this as a freemium player who has no intention whatsoever to spend money on this event, since I don't want to play EA's game - is that, even using hundreds of donuts, one has a fairly good chance of missing the rare prizes. I've read way too many posts by people that have bought as much as 500 to 700 or more donuts worth of eggs and are still missing Shary!

What everyone fails to understand is most people are grinding away at this game and getting nothing. People want to be rewarded for their effort and to enjoy the game and not just get a chance at winning something.

This game has ALWAYS crashed a lot no matter what device I'm playing on and it has not gotten to the point where I have to do neighbor visits in short bursts because it crashes about every 3rd neighbor. Not to mention the wrong town fiasco that's been a problem for months and STILL isn't fixed. Even freemium players should have the expectation of a secure account...

* SECURITY ISSUE with people being logged into the wrong towns
* Constant crashing issues
* Constant cannot connect to server
* Errors with graphics still going on after many months of them being reported
* Donuts not being paid out when buying them
* Items not being put in inventory when a player recieves them
* Constant blaming people's devices when the fault is clearly somewhere within the EA servers
* Baskets crucial to an event STILL not fixed

I'm sure there are plenty more issues that go unreported, you argument there is flawed, like i said, they don't get fixed, and if (and when) they do, sadly, EA can't seem to get it right and causes more errors and glitches

You can still play tho. Unless you have the top one and the third one. Nobody is perfect.

If I wanted to play a lottery game, I would have downloaded "Lottery Picker" Or "Lucky Lottery Numbers". But since I was looking for a game that combined creativity, camaraderie and quests with rewards and progression, I chose TSTO. This was not a game of chance. It has been contorted into one. It continues to be promoted in the app store with a description that omits any mention of " chance".

I'm playing way more regularly than I did then and I won't complete this one. WD was a grind, but guaranteed prizes. This is a grind and doesn't.
