Impossible Daily Challenge
Just wait until you can swap it out. When there's a little 'x' at the top right corner of the task square, you can tap it and swap out the challenge for a different (random) one.

Yeah, this is what the skip function is for. Somewhere along the line EA figured out that there would be some impossible tasks, so great that they added this feature.
