Inexpensive tablet to play the game on?
I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" and the game runs fine (Latest model is Tab 4). Get something with 1.5Gb RAM and you should be ok. Cost €150 Edit Also comes in 8"

Both my husband and I got the $50 kindle fire a couple of months ago when Best Buy had them for $40. They do have front and rear facing cameras. They are also expandable as they accept a micro SD card (up to 128). (I had an original kindle fire which was heavier, did not have the cameras, and was not expandable so we decided to upgrade to the new cheaper ones).
We got them because they fit in either my purse or my hubby's cargo pocket and we love to play TSTO while sitting in Springfield at Universal eating our Bumblebee Man taco, Krustyburger, or Lard Lad donuts and drinking our Flaming Moe. (Actually we got them because we go to Universal and Disney 3-4 times a year and hate to miss out on an TSTO event while we are in the parks. The smaller size and weight of the fire is great for carrying around the parks and the screen size is much easier on the eyes then our cell phones while we play while sitting and resting before tackling the next ride/show.)
