The pharmaceuticals are the Springfield Heights green/purple pills. You're able to make them after unlocking the plot of land where John’s Pharmaceuticals stands.

I average 115-130: still only get 10 pills, 300 something xp, only got a wall once. Is it easier to get prizes at lower scores?

I'm averaging only 25-30, have played about 20 games and received 1 Elder God 3 fences and 3 pumpkin patches. The cap on the pharmaceuticals must be 10?
