Interactions between characters

do the characters have to be in their default skin or will it work regardless of what skin the characters are using?

I just noticed this with bart and mooch bart

Sounds cool wish all my characters weren't on tasks right now

you need them to be in default skins.

Ok, I'm on a little break right now and most of my characters are free. I see nothing.

I saw the charcoal briquette and fracker one and they did their 4 hour task animation for a couple of seconds

How do you get them to do this? Or do you see it in neighbors' towns?

you just have to have your characters free
