Not that I put a ton of stock in what EA Help tells users, but if this is solely an iOS issue, why would EA be working on a fix (as per @hwastim ‘s post in this thread)?
I suspect that EA support will sometimes just say anything to get rid of you if they can't easily fix your problem.
Point taken. The only other thing I would say is that various users have stated that they know that the problem is due either to EA’s code or alternatively to iOS. I don’t see how how anyone posting here can be that certain.
Well unless they work for either Apple or EA and have access to the code they can't know I don't work for either so anything that I say is pure guess work but it appears that there is some kind of clash between the two codes (tapped out and iOS 11) that is affecting the game as to who is at fault I suspect that we'll never know.
