I think this goes beyond just an apology for the donut purchase problem some were having, it may also be for the performance issues that have gone on for so long. I get the feeling they are gearing up to getting the game back to it’s former glory. They seem to have solved the stability problem which is the foundation for everything else, all the other little things we like to complain about can be easily tweeked. I think the stability issues prevented them from creating events with much neighbor interaction because that taxed the servers too much. I really think/hope we will be getting some more interesting events in the near future. :)
