It seems they never go back to clean up little conflicts like this. There's no reason this feature needs to be five wide.
But i don't think the devs care much about the designing aspect of the game, and i suspect that like KL, they ignore it because the majority players do too.
Too many of my neighbors have collections of random features, rather than a designed town. So if they think we don't care, why should they?
Soo many things to fix, from a designer's point of view.
The developers not caring is a fair point. Just look at their Other Springfield. Stuck at level 30 and with zilch imagination and creativity when it could be a showcase for what is possible.
