Thanks for the kind support neighboreenos! I've narrowed it down to my game, and not my device (my wife has a better tablet with no lag, but when I log into my town on her device, same lag for me). I was going to upgrade to a hi resolution Samsung, but have been reading horror stories in the Android bugs/issues thread, so I won't go that route.
I'm hoping that it's Gil that is giving me the problem, and when he leaves, he may take the problem away. As I said before, my KL characters have no lag at all, and I don't think I've seen Gil there promoting the sale.
Either way, I'll hang in there. Surely it'll be fixed some day :D
