Does any one know whether Moog Moe was able to fight the Criminals in the earlier stages?? I never checked that skin at the time, but he is able to fight now tho

Ned and Moog Moe are new to the fight club. And yes Ned is fighting in his ski outfit. I can already guess his super power.
