I'll repeat the FYI ...
Seems to be nothing a player or EA Help can do, neither re-install or rollback or change device settings
This has been flagged for the Devs to investigate - only they can fix it
It was passed for their urgent attention yesterday ( Thurs 8th ) having figured it seems to be a Samsung s22 issue so just try and tap round it, or if you can tap on any other device for now ...
