Issues with new event download

I'll admit I'm guessing a bit with this, but think the graphics are provided in kit form and the core update puts them together to suit the device, so it may be an App Store download needed to sort it once the Devs figure it out

I agree. I don't see this being resolved with a patch. The pieces are not there, or the instructions to put them together are messed up. Its umplayabe on my phone, there is so much missing and the rest blinks in and out. Hopefully all the people it has an effect on will contact support or answer HQ so it gets on the front burner.

If you are experiencing this please contact EA support. The more requests the more they are likely to do something.

Are you able to complete the tasks necessary for this event, and just store the new items until this is resolved?

Same here, and also on S22

I am on Apple and cannot login during this event. It seems to have downloaded and won’t accept the user code it emails me. Just says it’s invalid, I’ve tried paste multiple times because sometimes it doesn’t take it the first try but that doesn’t seem to work this time around. Anyone else with similar issues this go around?

Any update on fixing this issue? I decided to screenshot my town and it's also missing mountains and other buildings.

Can you put water tiles where the mountains are missing?

@Willy9292 - can you still use the taskbook to start tasks and then find 'em to collect when they are ready - so at least you can work on the upgrades and event stuff even if you can't see the bits you get ??
