Select "Contact Us" located further down the right side.
Select "Origin" as your product.
Select "Account Security" as your category.
Select "PC" as your platform.
Select "I Still Need Help"
For customers in North America:

    Thanks for the speedy reply... still no positive result.
    Login is same, shows my ID w/ 'welcome back' screen and tap to continue
    with same unbelievable result of restart at beginning...
    Sent troubleshoot survey w/all info.
    Will PM as well w/ contact info.

    It's common issue what you have. Don't worry it will be fixed if you contact em
    In... between couple of days up to 5 week.- they recover my town in 3 weeks.

    The one thing I'm noticing you haven't done was simply reinstall the game. I had this happen to me once as my battery died in the middle of playing and upon starting up the game again I was welcomed by the game intro. Reinstalling remedied this for me and hopefully will for you as well so you can avoid all that contacting EA nonsense.
