It's Railyard day!

I never forget Rail Yard day! Up to 20,000 BP now.

did a mass-send of characters on an 8hr task before I remembered.... so just stored buildings/etc to clear the ones I needed and put 'em back on the railyard. No rest for the donut people :lol:

still have a few tied up on other things, but enough are working to keep the railyard progress steady.

I wound up up having to work today so I sent everyone on 12 hour tasks for the day ( except for the general store ones). Oh well, I usually finish with 2-3 days to spare so I'm not that concerned.

This event has been so much better with not having too much overlap with railyard characters. I don't know whether it was intentional or not but it is appreciated. I think I finished with 3 days to spare last week.

The problem I'm having is that everything needs glass. All last week and so far this week, too. Last week I wound up not maxing out my plastic recycling centers because I didn't use enough plastic to make more.

I'm on part 3 and all bottled up with plastic :roll:

I skipped it last week do to the start of the event, back to it this week minus characters getting hats and pitchforks

It's a little more slow going, but I'm doing it!

Why not create a weekly reminder on your phone/device that goes off X hours before the Railyard opens?

This is what I was doing for awhile. Of course when we moved our clocks forward I stupidly turned things in at the railyard as soon as it "opened" (I didn't do the railyard the previous week) and then I an hour later I realized it actually just opened. Just 10K blueprints worth of resources.
