I've seen some high GOO totals, but this is ridiculous...

I was just going to edit my post to write what DJ wrote, but then he wrote it! Totally agree, the main reason to have 100,000 goo would be to get free donuts. You don't need to get free donuts via goo if you have a hack. Therefore, especially if you dismiss the possibility that the community total matters (the only other reason to have 100,000 goo), the most logical conclusion is that he has the haunting glitch and used it to get free donuts.

I didn't even know there was a glitch, so I suppose that could be exploited as opposed to a hack. Makes sense that they'd they up the GOO count for the donuts. If I was into that sort of thing, that's exactly what I would do.

I completely agree. There would be no point if you hacked donuts to have that much GOO. You would simply stop at 10,000 GOO when you got your prizes (whether by using your "unlimited" donuts to purchase them, or by simply tapping). There is no reason to keep going for the bonus GOO boxes as you already have the donuts.

I would assume they had the haunting glitch and keep tapping to get free donuts (which they would not need if they hacked their account)

I know I am hoping for the haunting glitch and if I get it, I will be doing all I can to get to 100,000 GOO and all those free donuts

Brett - Haha, I swear, since I read about the glitch, every character in my town has been haunted EXCEPT Milhouse.

Jedi - Yeah, so far as I understand, if Milhouse gets possessed, there is a (strong?) chance that he will be something of a trick candle, where you can tap him, get goo, but then he will immediately get reposessed. Something like that, anyway, I haven't gotten it, I've only heard about it.

So lets assume for a second he has the glitch and had 15000 goo before it came up. This leaves him to 95000 goos to tap. Assuming further he manages on goo per second makes it 3600goo in one hour, 36000 goo in ten hours or 95000 goo in over 26h. Doesnt sound plausible for me. He probably wouldnt have finger tips anymore. Cheat sounds more like it...

Wow, that's interesting. I am a big fan of excessive tapping. If my character is possessed and requires me to tap, but then stays possessed and forces me to tap again and again and again, who am I to argue with that? :wink:

Is it best to have them off task, then? I've had most of my characters get possessed while doing outdoor tasks that had them wandering around town. None of them stayed that way, though.
