Jarci's Springfield Grades
Now there is a non-biased evaluation. Some people moan and cry about what they don't like here and then come up with a new way to perpetuate it.

What if the people who submitted their towns for that don't want them graded?
I think it should only be the ones asking for her and her friends to grade the towns.
