Bingo.- I wish it wouldn't refuse to send characters on tasks of they've got a highlighted task. I had to send five sprinhfiekders shopping, only to them have to manually send the rest of my characters on tasks. Surely it's easy enough for it to know when you've sent enough characters to fullfill a task.

Already did my daily challenge. No idea what was wrong but it's sorted now.- 4junk3000New Spectator

If you think it's so easy, i recommend you hack the code into your own game and do it. Come on, show us the easy code you wrote. It's easy!!!
You obviously have no idea how much more work it is trying to program every variable option that a user would want. Because for what you're asking, there's countless people who want it another way
It's basically impossible to program for everyone's preferences. Someone will always be unhappy because they wanted something different. Today it's you.
Try not to let it bother you. At least, try not to let it bother you so much that you make a useless thread about it to bother other people. It's just s game, exactly how custom tailored to your personal preferences do you expect it to be?? - The "better" option would be to send all characters on that highlighted task.
If you didn't like this daily task, you could cancel it out. Problem solved. GamerGD3 wrote:

There was no task. Why are people assuming there was a task?doh1886 wrote:

There had to be a highlighed/yellow task for the majority of your characters. That is how the Job Manager works. So if the daily task was to send x Springfielders to XYZ, then the majority of your characters had this task - thus cannot be sent using the Job Manager.
After you complete the daily challenge "task", then the highlighted task is removed - then you can resume using the Job Manager to send everyone on X hour task.- Mine was acting up the other day - refused 3 and none had a task which I thought was weird

Okay. Well first, I said surely it's easy to do because the mechanic to sense when the correct number of people have started a task is already there for when you have to send X amount of Springfielders/kids/gluttons/ect.
Secondly, I said "I wish", not "I demand this be fixed" or "this should be implemented immediately or I'll boycot". It was a mild daydream that really only occurs to me because the game seems to already have a version of it in other aspects of the game.
And thirdly?
Maybe before launching a tirade against someone for "not using the forum right", maybe take a breath and actually read what they wrote. Hell, maybe check that the person you accuse of starting a new thread that bothers people ACTUALLY STARTED THE * THREAD!- 4junk3000New SpectatorWhat "tirade"? You're overreacting, freak show.
Your quoting words i never said. You know what quote marks mean, don't you? Do you frequently hear what you want to hear, and respond to THAT, rather than what was actually said?
I didn't say YOU started the thread either. I said don't let it bother you enough to make a useless thread. (Kinda like this one.)
If you want to react to your personal issues instead of what i actually said, that's your choice.
But-
Don't send PMs telling people to F themselves, unless you'd like to meet in person. I'd be happy to teach you some relaxation techniques. Come on down to Atlanta with that mouth and I'll fix you right up. GUARANTEED.
