You don't have to be promoted to post images (just get an avatar), you do have to use the right code *wink* Click the button that says Youtube in the message body task bar.

And be sure to use the right link from Youtube, my browser is taking forever to show this so I'm not sure if it worked. The only reason it wouldn't have would be if the wrong link was selected.
