Does anyone know if there are permanent tasks for the Sit 'n Rotate? Or does it just sit there and not rotate?

Selma and Skinner has permanent job there ;)
also it rotates anyway, even if no jobs are assigned

Do we get any of the items in the special section (firework icon) for this event for free for completing part(s) of the events content? Or are they all things the we have to buy if we want them?

you only get 2 donuts for free with the questline, no free item
