Or you could make a "feeder town" or two. My multiplier is just above 50% right now, which is good but hardly exceptional, so I get just shy of $70,000 from the corn. By coordinating visits from my three feeder towns, I pull in $600,000 a day.
To put that in practical terms, I also recently bought the skyscraper and was essentially back to my original cash level by the time the build was finished.
