It's not in the amazon store. You have to root your Kindle to allow it to install the Google play store. There's tutorials on YouTube , just search "how to root Kindle Fire"

Wait... I have getjar, I've searched it for Tapped Out, can never find it, u sure it's there?- You dont need to root your device, you can either just download and install the latest apk from elsewhere.
Or go to 1mobile and download there app, there is hundreds of applications on there, including Tapped Out.
Its how I play on my kindle fire hd.

Correct, you can either download and install it through getjar, or 1mobile.
or download the apk from elsewhere and install, really simple.- I've downloaded get jar and seen tapped out but it instructs me to return to the Amazon app store. What am I doing wrong?

Great info guys! Wish I knew this before I rooted my gf's KFHD. She wasnt too happy about me voiding her warranty, lol.- I noticed a similar problem was mentioned in th comments on said youtube video. Any help?

Same thing happened to me when I first tried to install it, just keep trying to download an app until it works and eventually you won't get the google play store screen, it will just start installing getjar.
