Can’t find him in my inventory / Character lists. Was he available before?

- Treehouse of Horror XXIV Collection. He was available for the Halloween update in 2013. He’s been re-released a few times
I wish King Snorky would be turned into a playable character with 3 indoor tasks & 2 visual ones. They need to make this happen.
1hr - Take a dip at sea (visual task on the water)
4hrs - Interrupt Town Meeting (Town Hall)
8hrs - Attempt to kill Springfield citizens (visual task)
12hrs - Do flips at Marine World (Marine World)
24hrs - Plan to overtake Springfield (Marine World)
