Itchy Balloon 2%, torch.02, many other things can be stored in SF and transferred to KL. I'm sure there's a list somewhere...but here's a few I've transferred that have XP: I&S billboard, windmills, stunt bikes, haycarts, Oktoberfest Gate, catapult, Hot air balloon.
