If you scroll all the way to one side of your town ill notice more land now that hasn't got any toxic waste on it. Maybe they'll open more land from this point. Which would make room for KL
I hope so but what with the speculation of a shuttle bus and a separate map it doesn't sound like it. But we just have to wait and see I guess
