I think so, the issue only occurred for me when I accidentally went on the wrong version of Tapped Out on my Kindle (the Amazon App Store version 4.3.1 not the APK 4.4.0) and when I logged back onto the 4.4.0 that's when I saw the glitch. So I guess that when 4.3.0/1 gets disabled (i.e. you get the 'Update needed, want! want! want!' notice) that's when I think everyone's towns will be back to normal. All guesswork from me, I could be totally wrong!

I'm not that technically minded, don't get me wrong I know my way around most software etc, but I think I'm going to leave this one for the 'powers that be' to fix, I don't want to start meddling and make it worse! Least this way I can plead ignorance! :-P
