Is there anyway I can get mt krusmore and eyeballs of death, I went on EA help and they told me to post my problem here, is there anyone that can help?

I've always wondered why they go through all that trouble to dump people here, when answering the persons very simple question would have been so much easier...- If it isn't in their script they don't know the answer.

Meh. I forget exactly what I called them for, but (thankfully) Ive never had any major issues, at least to the degree to make my game unplayable.- when i did talk to the support and indicate who i was they changed direction of redirecting me and actually helped ?

They havent changed the regular list of premium items in the store in as long as I can remember (3-4+ years)
the vault being an exception if course, but even that list hasnt changed in well over a year, since the vault first became a regular feature
