do it only if you've got all buildings on SF you need. Do NOT start it before that because it's not worth it to spend time there till u do that.
Also the way i see it is: build the shuttle, just barely start the quest to get to like part 3-4. and then stop. why?
If they release something on events (like the Elf thing on xmas) you may not be able to buy it due to KL not built!
