I'm a compulsive completionist so I shelled out for Krustylu as soon as I downloaded the update yesterday. Not sorry at all. The quests are fun and I love having Sideshow Mel in Springfield.
Besides, it gave me a convenient place to store those Itchy and Scratchy baloons from Thanksgiving. They look great at the entrance.
