That skin is not premium. The lodge and table are, so tasks that use them pay premium.

- Ya its weird that some of the SC skins don't pay at the character's primary buildings and some do. Like Skinner (school), Brockman (channel 6), Krusty (KB) don't but the Mayor (town hall) and Willie (shack) do. It bugs me.

I'm pretty sure when the stonecutters returned they gave half away for free and the other half premium, Quimby and Willie must have returned premium.
