Just spent about 14 million on the new land and already I need more. If EA wants us to have a realistic town including parking spaces, duh, we need even more land. I know some people put the event items in inventory once the event is complete but I dont. I'm having to store houses lowering my rating in order to accommodate all the new items. Fine, charge me a fortune for new land, just make it available.
