Land of chocolate chapel

The time is almost up for purchasing the chocolate chapel, but I haven't found any info on it that might persuade me to get it. Does any character have a task there? I think I saw it mentioned that it came bundled with a character that apparently I already have, because all I see on offer is the chapel itself. Does it do anything besides generate currency and XP? How big is it?
