Does anyone know if the event currency flips over when act 2 starts for jobs already part way through?

I mean, if all my characters don't finish their jobs at the I&S Land Gate until after act 2 kicks in, will they earn the new event currency or still get the plastic knives when I collect them?

Yes, they will earn the new currency. This is a strategy some of us use to "get a head start" on the next act along with saving daily challenges.

@darrenholm736 normally it switches to new currency

Cool, thanks guys. I couldn't remember if it switched or not. I'll hang fire collecting then until act 2 goes live. B)
