Got stuck on the load screen after the latest update. So as done In the past deleted and reinstalled but his time it deleted my whole town and put me back at square one with my old user id

- you should always reboot immediately if your town goes to level one, never play it
Log out and log back in. Make sure you are using the most recent password and email
