For me anyway. Each time I switch to another activity in game, this is what i get:

Go to imgur.com, push the cloud on the top right corner, push upload, select image, once image uploads hold it down and press "Open image in New Tab", copy and paste into the image URL on the forums (the paper), and you're done!
