Launching your neighbours rocket is purely for the amusement of the person tapping it, neither you or the rocket owner get anything for doing it, all you can see is either the rocket launch or blow up on the pad, there are a few items in your neighbours that you can interact with but at the moment all that I can think of are the transporters and the new year drop ball , I'm sure that some others on here will list some of the other interactive decorations for you.
