Lemon Tree =D

They always say, when life hands you lemons...put the tree in the middle of your town near the Jebidiah statue overlooking the library.

You were able to steal the lemon tree before by visiting a friend's town who had it and tapping on it. They have since removed the ability to steal it. Thank God.

That was horrible times I had my tree stolen loads of times :( people would friend you just to steal it then un friend you so you couldn't steal it bk...... So glad it over the tree is safe and still hidden in my town :lol:

This reminds me that we need the turnip tree from Shelbyville.

OP: if you aren't familiar this is a throwback to a long-running feud between springfield and shelbyville where they steal the lemon tree back and forth between the two of them (from episode 127).

I for one would like to see this functionality return to the game...possibly with some restrictions, like, when stolen, only the original owner can then steal it back.....or maybe have it automatically revert back to the original owner after a predetermined amount of time has elapsed (or if the person with your lemon tree unfriends you).....or maybe even introduce a mechanism to "guard" your lemon tree from your neighbors.....or something.....I think it could be a fun feature to play up the social side of the game

Maybe... It can only be stolen if you don't harvest the lemons after, say, 2 days?
