It's ONLY given away in the mystery box. It can't be bought.

I spent a lot of donuts on the mystery boxes to try & find one.

Can I get another or you only get one?

Is it hiding behind something? Use the edit button and grey out the buildings.

Well I know used to people were able to come into your town and take it if they didn't have one, I do t know if that still holds true though.

I've read that it is a 10% chance in the mystery box.

Stealing it was disabled and I doubt it will ever be enabled again.
