Lenny And Carl Buddha Quest Part 3

I already checked there. It doesn't say for the 3rd part. It says to keep Moe free too for the 2nd part which I've already done. Now I have Homer, Smithers, Mr. Burns, Lenny, and Carl free, but no trigger for it yet.

Found it. Apparently keeping Moe free is for the 3rd part even though it's listed at the end of the 2nd section. I got a little confused. Thanks for everyone's help.
