Let Me Get This Straight About TSTO Black Friday 2019

Would you be fine with spending $30 or $40? Where do you draw the line? When did you start playing and how much have you spent on the game? If the game exists for years but doesn't have new content would that be ok? Not getting on your case, just bringing up issues that people can debate about.
