Level 27 now level 4!!!! NEED HELP ASAP!!!
Game name is Supertoes11.
I have attempted to login to my Simpsons game today and have been prompted with a request to sign in at level 4. I have had similar request before but have always managed to log back into my level 27 town, of which i have spent vast amounts of time and also money into achieve goals and improving on. I have tried on 2 other devices but still cannot get back to my original game.
Also i have deleted the game and reinstalled it several times but still no joy.
Is there an EA adminstrator or contact that can reinstall my game back to what i had. As statec previously i have spent money and lots of time on the game and would appreciate all help and advice with the problem.
