Level 33 quest line stuck
I did see a couple of posting that the listed order in the sticky was out of order. Seems like he last 6 or so would be don first. This may be what your problem is

If thats the case ill have to find out the next trigger, i know its not anyone in KL as they were in SF at the same time.
